A report is an effective way to present your data using an attractive layout. The text can be formatted in an Access report similar to how it can be done in Word documents.

A report can be created exactly in the same way as we have created the form. The only change is that after selecting the Create tab, click on the Reports in the Reports group. Access creates a report and places all fields of the selected table in the report.

Following are the four different types of views in which a report can be displayed.
